Why Am I So Passionate About Counseling?
Because I know firsthand just how helpful it can be.
When I was just 17 years old, my life was completely transformed by counseling. Therapy not only gave me the tools I needed to fully recover from an eating disorder, but it also helped me discover who I am a person, center my life on what’s most important, and live with more purpose.
With all that I gained from counseling, I wanted to give other people the same gift that I was given through therapy. So, I got my Bachelors from Texas A&M (WHOOP!), my Masters in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary, and my Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
Through my private practice in Houston, TX, I get the privilege of helping people experience life change as they work through struggles like eating disorders, body image issues, anxiety, and depression.
