Hey there! I'm Kelley.

Hey there!
I'm Kelley.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) based in Houston, TX, I specialize in helping people work through eating disorders, body image issues, anxiety, and depression. I also provide Christian counseling upon request and offer online counseling as a convenient option for clients.

Most of my clients are high-achievers who are very successful in their careers/school, but have trouble shutting their brains off and tend to be really hard on themselves. Through therapy, I help people kick their perfectionistic ways to the curb and create more peace and balance in their lives.

Though we may chat about some deep stuff together, my mission is for you to always leave each therapy session feeling way better than when you first walked in.

why start counseling now?

Get Relief Soon

The sooner you start therapy, the sooner you’ll get relief. Getting started is often the hardest part, but as soon as you come in for the first session, you’ll start to feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders.

Start Prioritizing Self-Care

Your time, energy, and money will always be limited resources. At the end of the day, you have to decide to invest in what’s most important to you. You can’t pour from an empty cup, so there’s no better time than now to start making your well-being a priority so that you can be the very best version of yourself.

Start Thriving

Instead of living on autopilot, counseling can help you live more purposefully and get the most of this season of your life. Don’t keep letting life pass you by! NOW is the time to create the life you want and start truly thriving instead of just surviving.
